…g when my toddler managed to pull over the Christmas tree in the split second I had my back turned. As I sprinted over to scoop her up before her little feet trod on the broken shards of glass baubles that were now spewed over my timber floors, I didn’t have the clarity or calmness of mind to redirect her. Instead, she was met with a very firm “No! Stop!”—None of us ever claimed to be perfect.
