Weird yes, gruesome not so much. I may have to pass on this one.

dis…ote bludgeon of a film, but it holds the attention throughout. It’s certainly not for everyone, but if you like your horror weird, gruesome, and extreme in an I-can’t-unsee-that sort of way, there are plenty of genre pleasures on display here.
