That may be what he's trying to say, and if so he should just say it. It's kind of like the way he (and the cardinals) keep using the word "synodal" while admitting in a recent document that they can't agree on what synodal means. The Protestants are much more straightforward with their language.
The Marian Fathers are a religious order (like the Jesuits or Carmelites). The Divine Mercy is something I've never really understood; apparently Jesus appeared to St. Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s and told her about it. (Not trying to be flippant, but sometimes the Catholic Church baffles me).
