My experience has been less than stellar (even with mentioning Bruce). It's split about 50/50 between people I know and those I don't, and I am grateful for all ten of them. However, if Medium's plan was for this to offset declining payments (as I assume both this and the tipping feature were), the plan has failed, for me at least.
