I’ve been on Vocal longer than Medium, and I can tell you their reach is tiny by comparison. I stay there mainly for the challenges, especially since even Vocal+ members only earn $6 per 1,000 views. Hopefully they will grow over time, but what they pay per view needs to increase for writers to have a reason to stay.
