I actually did one on this a couple of years ago. There were two Born to Run covers I really liked, one by Amy Macdonald and another by (of all people) Frankie Goes to Hollywood. There's also a decent speed metal cover by a British band called Wolfsbane. All are on YouTube and worth a listen.
