A Few Marvel Stories for National Superhero Day

Today is National Superhero Day, a fact I was unforgivably unaware of before reading this piece by David Perlmutter (David is something of a superhero himself, as he somehow has the ability to read my articles ten minutes before they’re published). I typically confine my celebratory activities to things like Springsteen’s birthday, World Book Day, and Christmas (in that order), but this is one holiday I’m happy to add to my calendar.

As I wrote in one of my earliest Medium articles, I was very late to the superhero film party, but once on board I was hooked. My ability to then write about this newfound love was aided greatly by my discovery of both the Fanfare publication and its Jedi Editor-in-Chief, Eric Pierce. In honor of National Superhero Day, I want to share a few of my older articles about the superheroes of the MCU, some of which many of you likely have not seen, starting with the one I just mentioned that started it all.
